When you invite someone into your home to make major alterations, the most important factor is trust/integrity/honesty. Ted Bayouth is excellent as a general contractor because his word is his bond, and he keeps his promises. The second most crucial factor is the skill level/kindness/cleanliness of the subcontractors, and Ted Bayouth hires only the best. Victor on tile, Jose on floors, Bruce on plumbing, and Oscar on painting ... all top notch guys.Remodeling will take longer than expected ... especially when specialty doors and windows and faucets need to be ordered. But trust/great subs make up for the unwanted delays. We've heard so many horror stories of contractors stealing deposits, floors buckling due to no vapor barrier, etc ... but we have had no such concerns with the Bayouth Construction team.

If you are looking for peace of mind, over communication, extreme punctuality, and genuinely good people; look no further. From consultation, to planning and execution, Ted, Jarrod (and team) are the best. Due to a burst pipe and water damage, we experienced an unexpected kitchen remodel. Bayouth worked with us very closely to speak with insurance, stay within budget and finish on time. The work came out great and I highly recommend them!

We just finished a full kitchen remodel with this company and I couldn’t be any happier. Their work is top notch, the customer service is amazing, and honestly every worker that came through our house was friendly and respectful of the fact that we were still living here through the remodel. I was pleasantly surprised at how painless they made this whole process and how quick they worked all the meanwhile doing exceptional craftsmanship. I would highly recommend Bayouth Construction (Ted and Jarrod) as a general contractor. They have managed several projects including a kitchen and bathroom remodel, both interior and exterior painting, updated my plumbing, and installed new cabinets, customized countertops and tile back splashes just to name a few. Doing large renovation projects on my own was almost impossible, taking twice as much time to research and complete, often costing both valuable time and money.Trying to find professional and high-quality subcontractors with good references was a constant challenge when I tried to manage a project on my own. Ted and Jarrod oversaw and constantly followed up with subcontractors, greatly minimized the time it took to complete projects and lessened the many stresses that come with a remodel.They promptly addressed concerns and paid great attention to detail.
